Sales and refunds

All sales are final. Because Rustic Roots products are made in limited batches for scheduled pickup, refunds are not offered for completed orders.

Missed pickups

No-show pickups are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for collecting their order during the communicated pickup window.

Pickup location

Pickup is in Tucson, Arizona. The exact pickup address is shared with your order confirmation.

Allergens

Each product page lists the allergens established for that item, and the final product label is the authority. Rustic Roots does not currently offer items designated gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free or allergen-safe.

Arizona cottage food

Rustic Roots LLC is an Arizona cottage-food business, AZ Cottage Food Registration #109992. This product was produced in a home kitchen that may come in contact with common food allergens and pet allergens and is not subject to public health inspection.
